At Uniform Solutions Plus, we believe that life is too short to have unhappy customers! We want to make sure you are happy with your products, and we will address your concerns should a problem arise.
What’s your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on any items that we can re-sell in new conditions. For our school uniforms, just return your items to the school office with a note that includes your contact information and reason for return. We will pick up each week and exchange or refund as requested.
What about customized products?
By their nature customized products are not returnable. We work hard before the product is ordered to address the details and prevent as many problems as possible. Should you have issues with your purchase, we will discuss options to address the situation.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! We are available to answer your questions most any time. We can work with you outside of normal business hours to make doing business easy.
